Session consent
SESSION CONSENT - Version 2026-10-09. This applies to the Reiki, reading, mediumship, or spiritual/crystal consultation I book with Touch of Magick Shop. Only the service-specific terms relevant to my appointment apply.
Readings and consultations offer spiritual reflection and personal insight. Messages, interpretations, predictions, and contact with a particular spirit are not guaranteed. I remain responsible for my own decisions.
Reiki is a spiritual relaxation practice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure illness and is not massage or psychotherapy. For an in-person session, I remain clothed. Light touch is optional and requires my permission before it happens; I may request a hands-off session. Distance Reiki involves no physical touch.
These services do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. I will not stop prescribed treatment or delay professional care because of a session. Experiences may include uncomfortable emotions, distress, or discomfort from positioning or touch. I may decline a topic, ask questions, request adjustments, or stop at any time. I will tell the practitioner about relevant comfort or access needs without putting private medical details in this form.

Limited liability release - read carefully
LIMITED LIABILITY RELEASE - READ CAREFULLY - Version 2026-10-09.
In exchange for being permitted to participate in the booked session, and only to the extent allowed by applicable law, I release the business operating as Touch of Magick Shop, its owners, officers, employees, and the practitioner(s) providing my appointment (the "Released Parties") from claims by me for physical injury, emotional distress, or related loss arising from my participation in this Reiki, reading, mediumship, or spiritual/crystal consultation, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY A RELEASED PARTY'S OWN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE (failure to use reasonable care).
This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, abuse, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not authorize unwanted touch or change the shop's existing payment, cancellation, or refund terms. It applies to this booked session only, not unrelated services or future appointments.
I understand that this provision limits my ability to recover damages or sue for the claims described above. I have had an opportunity to read it and ask questions, and I agree voluntarily.
Who completes this form
ADULT PARTICIPANT - Version 2026-10-09. Enter your own full legal name. This online consent is for an adult (18 or older) participating personally. If you are booking for another person or a minor, contact the shop to arrange consent from the actual participant and any necessary parent or legal guardian before the session. A booker's name does not substitute for another adult's consent, and this adult form does not waive a minor's rights.

By signing below, I confirm I am the adult participant named above, have read and voluntarily agree to the Session Consent and Limited Liability Release (Version 2026-10-09), and intend this signature to be my electronic signature for this booking. I agree to complete this consent electronically. I can save or print the terms from the linked page or request a paper copy from the shop.
The required booking acknowledgments and signature apply to this version of the terms for the session you book.
