What are your store hours?
The retail shop is open Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and closed for retail shopping on Sundays and Mondays. Confirmed practitioner appointments may take place on Sundays and Mondays; see the appointment days below. Classes and special events may be scheduled outside regular retail hours. Call (305) 898-6645 for holiday hours or help planning your visit.
Can I shop online?
Yes! Browse our online collection of spiritual products and supplies. Read each listing for the item size, quantity, and available options.
How long does order preparation take?
Our current processing time is 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Where can I find return information?
Read our Refund policy for current eligibility, exceptions, and return instructions. Contact support@touchofmagickshop.com before sending an item back.
How do I book a reading or spiritual service?
Start with our practitioner and service guide, then open your chosen practitioner's listing to select a service and follow its booking instructions. Check the current session length, price, attendance format, and appointment availability before purchasing. All appointments require advance arrangements and are subject to confirmation.
Which days can I book each practitioner?
- Alain: Sundays.
- Mimi: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Benji: Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Aileen · Roselight Wellness: Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Duo Readings · Alain & Mimi: Sundays; call (305) 898-6645 before purchasing to confirm both practitioners.
Published appointment hours are 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Eastern Time; shop sessions must finish by 7:00 PM. The retail shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays, but confirmed appointments are available for the practitioners listed above. A published appointment day does not guarantee that a particular time is available.
How do I arrange a Duo Reading or a Roselight package?
For Duo Readings with Alain and Mimi, call before purchasing so we can confirm both practitioners for your Sunday session. For Aileen's three-session Roselight packages, follow the listing's instructions and call to arrange the separate appointments after purchasing.
Where can I read the service disclosures and consent forms?
Before booking, read the Service Purpose & Entertainment Disclosures and the applicable Reiki & Readings consent form or Roselight consent form. Follow the participant-consent instructions in your selected service listing. Contact us before arranging a phone booking, a booking for another person, or participation by a minor.
Do you offer Spanish Naipes readings in Spanish?
Yes. Alain offers Spanish Naipes readings in English and Spanish. Check the individual service listing for the details.
How do I reserve a place at a class or event?
Visit Classes & Events, choose your experience, and follow the listing's reservation instructions. Space is limited, so reserve as soon as you know you would like to attend.
Can an event be canceled or rescheduled?
Events with no reservations or confirmed interest three days beforehand may be canceled or rescheduled. Check the current event listing and contact us if you have a question about a scheduled gathering.
Can I check whether an item is available in the shop?
Please call (305) 898-6645 or contact us before a special trip. Online and in-store availability can change.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
For wholesale or bulk inquiries, send us your business name and proof of business, such as a tax certificate, so we can review your inquiry and provide details.
