Roselight Session Consent and Disclosures
ROSELIGHT SESSION CONSENT AND DISCLOSURES - Version 2026-10-09. This applies to this appointment with Aileen at Touch of Magick Shop, including one appointment within a multi-session package. Only terms relevant to my selected service apply.
These experiences are for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, relaxation, and entertainment purposes. They are non-clinical spiritual wellness services, not medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, or clinical hypnotherapy. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions or replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. I will not stop treatment or delay professional care because of a session.
Guided journeys may use meditation, breath awareness, visualization, and deep relaxation. Past-life, karma, Akashic Records, and future-self themes are spiritual frameworks. Imagery, impressions, or apparent memories may be imagined, influenced by suggestion, or inaccurate. They are not verified evidence of past lives, historical events, recovered memories, facts about other people, or future outcomes. Specific experiences, spiritual contact, emotional release, healing, and results are not guaranteed. I remain responsible for my decisions.
Reflection and relaxation can bring up uncomfortable emotions, distress, disorientation, or physical discomfort. I may decline any topic or exercise, keep my eyes open, ask questions, request adjustments, pause, or stop at any time. Any physical touch requires my separate permission before it happens. I will discuss relevant comfort, access, or suitability concerns privately with Aileen before the session rather than enter medical details in this booking form. If I am unsure whether participation is suitable, I will consult a qualified healthcare professional.
The free Discovery Consultation is an informational discussion of the services, not a clinical assessment or treatment, and creates no obligation to purchase. I choose my appointment voluntarily and may contact the shop for clarification before agreeing.
Roselight Limited Liability Release - Read Carefully
ROSELIGHT LIMITED LIABILITY RELEASE - READ CAREFULLY - Version 2026-10-09.
In exchange for being permitted to participate in this appointment, and only to the extent allowed by applicable law, I release the business operating as Touch of Magick Shop, its owners, officers, employees, and Aileen providing the Roselight Wellness service (the "Released Parties") from claims by me for physical injury, emotional distress, or related loss arising from my participation in this guided spiritual journey, meditation, regression, or Discovery Consultation, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY A RELEASED PARTY'S OWN ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE (failure to use reasonable care).
This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, abuse, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. It does not authorize unwanted touch or change the shop's existing payment, cancellation, refund, or package terms. It applies to this identified appointment only, not future appointments, other appointments in a package, or unrelated services.
I understand that this provision limits my ability to recover damages or sue for the claims described above. I have had an opportunity to read it and ask questions, and I agree voluntarily.
Participant Identity
ADULT PARTICIPANT - Version 2026-10-09. Enter your own full legal name. This online consent is for an adult (18 or older) participating personally. If you are booking for another person or a minor, contact the shop to arrange consent from the actual participant and any necessary parent or legal guardian before the session. A booker's name does not substitute for another adult's consent, and this adult form does not waive a minor's rights.
Electronic Signature
By signing below, I confirm I am the adult participant named above, have read and voluntarily agree to the Roselight Session Consent and Disclosures and Roselight Limited Liability Release (Version 2026-10-09), and intend this signature to be my electronic signature for this appointment. I agree to complete this consent electronically. I can save or print the terms from the linked page or request a paper copy from the shop. Each appointment in a package requires its own participant consent.
Package and Manually Arranged Appointments
Consent applies to one identified appointment. Each appointment in Three Journeys Within or Three Lives Within requires its own participant consent and signature before the session. Purchasing a package or arranging an appointment by phone does not itself sign this release. Contact the shop to complete the appropriate form.
