Settle into the evening with Aileen Rodriguez of Roselight Wellness. Each night begins with mindful breathing, then Aileen guides the circle through a meditation on a different part of everyday life. There’s time for quiet reflection, whether this is your first meditation or a familiar practice.
7:15–8:15 PM Eastern · $15 per person, per evening
Choose your evening and select one ticket for each person attending. Your order records the date you select. Aileen coordinates attendance and confirms availability.

Chairs are available. Wear comfortable clothes and arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Bring water and, if you like to write after meditating, a journal.
