Each experience combines guided relaxation, meditation, visualization, and spiritual exploration in a welcoming and supportive setting.
Whether you feel drawn to exploring the past, understanding patterns in your present, connecting with your intuition, or envisioning possibilities for your future, you can choose the journey that speaks to you.
🗓 Appointment Availability
Aileen is available for Roselight Wellness sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (Eastern Time). Mondays are by appointment only while the retail storefront is closed. Advance booking is required, and appointments must conclude by 7:00 PM. Availability is subject to confirmation.

A reflective guided experience centered around forgiveness, unresolved emotions, and letting go of what you may feel ready to release.

Journey through the seven chakras using visualization, breath, and focused awareness to encourage relaxation, reflection, and inner balance.

Explore recurring themes, relationships, and patterns in your life through guided relaxation and karma-inspired visualization.
📖 Akashic Records Journey — $85 | 60 minutes
A guided meditation inspired by the Akashic Records, inviting intuitive exploration, reflection, and personal insight.

Journey forward through guided visualization and encounter a possible future version of yourself while exploring your aspirations, direction, and personal growth.

Three separate 90-minute experiences exploring past, present, and future through Past-Life Regression, Karmic Reflection, and the Future Self Journey.
🔮 Three Lives Within — $300
Three separate 90-minute Past-Life Regression sessions for those who want the opportunity to explore more than one journey and discover what different experiences, imagery, and themes may emerge.
Scheduling a three-session package: After purchasing Three Journeys Within or Three Lives Within, call (305) 898-6645 to arrange your three separate 90-minute appointments with Aileen on Mondays or Wednesdays. Package appointments are confirmed individually.

Roselight Meditation Circle
A welcoming group practice with mindfulness, optional gentle movement, breathing exercises, guided meditation, and time for reflection. Beginners are welcome, and chairs are available.

No class November 4. Maximum 15 participants per class.
- Single session — $15
- Four-class pass — $45
- Eight-class membership — $75
- Founding member special — $60 for the first 15 members during November
Passes are a one-time November purchase, with no automatic renewal. Eight-class and founding memberships include all eight dates.
How to register: Use Roselight’s registration request form to choose your pass and preferred dates. For the four-class pass, list four dates. Aileen will check availability and email a secure Square invoice. Your place is confirmed after payment and confirmation of your reserved dates.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water; a journal and pen are optional. Arrive 5–10 minutes before 9:00 AM. You may pause, rest, keep your eyes open, and participate at your own pace. For seating or access questions, email aileen@roselightwellness.com.

Roselight Wellness experiences with Aileen are for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, relaxation, and entertainment purposes. These are non-clinical services, not medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, or clinical hypnotherapy. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions and do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not stop treatment or delay professional care because of a session.
Past-life, karma, Akashic Records, and future-self themes are spiritual frameworks. Imagery or apparent memories may be imagined, influenced by suggestion, or inaccurate; they are not verified evidence of past lives, historical events, recovered memories, facts about other people, or future outcomes. Specific experiences, spiritual contact, emotional release, healing, and results are not guaranteed.
Guided reflection may bring up uncomfortable emotions or distress. You may decline any topic or exercise, ask for adjustments, pause, or stop at any time. Any physical touch requires your separate permission.
Participant consent is required before each appointment. Read the Roselight Session Consent and Limited Liability Release (version 2026-10-09). Online appointment bookings include required acknowledgments, your full legal name, and a signature. For Three Journeys Within, Three Lives Within, or appointments arranged by phone, complete a separate consent form before each session; purchasing a package does not sign the release. The online form is for adult participants. Contact the shop before booking for another participant or a minor to arrange the appropriate consent.
Leave a little love
If you feel called to thank your practitioner, you can leave an optional tip. Tips are allocated in full to the person you choose and are separate from your booking or event contribution.
